We offer a range of services from 30 mins to full days. With Solway Cleaning, you can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in good hands. WHAT WE OFFER Initial Set-up Visit We come out to meet you and your pets, become familiar with your house, pick up keys and complete all necessary paperwork. House Sitting If you're worried about leaving the house or if your pets needs demand or require them to stay "in house" why not use our sitting service. Dog Walking / Pop-In Service Book 30 mins or 60 mins walk or pop-in. We walk in your area. Times include collecting and dropping off dogs. Home Security Check Includes bringing in the mail, deliveries, water plants, adjusting lights, putting bins out and bringing them back in.
Cancellation Policy
Pick an available slot that suits your schedule. Once you confirm your booking you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Our system will also send a reminder the day before your booking. We might have to contact you for additional information regarding your booking. All jobs are subject to viewing first, this will be done at the time of your booking. Solway Cleaning Services may not be able to uphold their part of your booking depending on the outcome after viewing the job. For external jobs no one has to be at the property at the time of the booking. Make sure access around the property is possible and there are no items in the way of the work area. Please be mindful of the weather conditions when booking external work. If the weather becomes an issue we will have to rearrange your booking. Prices quoted on this website may differ after viewing the job. All prices are based on similar work we have conducted. For bookings out with Dumfries, 15 plus miles or less than £60 value might incur a small travel charge. Please email first if this is the case. If you have prepaid this charge will be payable before your booking date. Payment options are Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that this is done no later than 2 hours before your booking time. To reschedule your booking please email us or use the online booking system.
