We might have to contact you for additional information regarding your booking. All jobs are subject to viewing first, this will be done at the time of your booking. Solway Cleaning Services may not be able to uphold their part of your booking depending on the outcome after viewing the job.

 

For external jobs no one has to be at the property at the time of the booking. Make sure access around the property is possible and there are no items in the way of the work area. Please be mindful of the weather conditions when booking external work. If the weather becomes an issue we will have to rearrange your booking.

 

Prices quoted on this website may differ after viewing the job. All prices are based on similar work we have conducted. For bookings out with Dumfries, 15 plus miles or less than £60 value might incur a small travel charge. Please email first if this is the case. If you have prepaid this charge will be payable before your booking date. Payment options are Debit / Credit Card or PayPal.

 

If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that this is done no later than 2 hours before your booking time. To reschedule your booking please email us or use the online booking system.
